In the event of a failure of the marriage, we support our clients in matrimonial protection and divorce proceedings with both empathy and finesse, providing both advice and litigation, and representing their interests in particular with regard to matrimonial property disputes, maintenance issues, pension equalization as well as child care and custody.
Child protection ensures the welfare of children when their parents cannot adequately care for them. The child protection authority has various means at its disposal to compulsorily enforce the protection of children. Adult protection assists adults when they are unable to obtain the necessary assistance themselves due to legal incapacity. This includes drawing up living wills and advance directives. We also support our clients in these matters and help them to find suitable solutions and to cooperate with the authorities on these sensitive issues.
